By creating an account or using Next Move, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Next Move helps you track job applications, interviews, documents and company research. It is provided free of charge, “as is”, and may change or stop at any time. We will try to give notice before removing major features.

Your account

• Keep access to your email or Google account secure; anyone who can sign in as you can see your wall.
• You are responsible for what you add, and you keep ownership of it.
• Do not use Next Move to break the law, to access other people’s accounts, to overload the service, or to scrape websites in ways their terms forbid.

Job information and suggestions

Job details, company research and match suggestions are pulled from public pages or generated by AI tools you connect. They can be incomplete or wrong. Always check the original posting and do your own research before applying or making career decisions.

Third-party services

Links to job boards, Google Drive, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Codex, Claude and other sites are governed by those services’ own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Next Move is not liable for lost opportunities, lost data, or indirect damages from using the service. Keep your own copies of important documents.

Ending your use

You can stop using Next Move anytime and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Next Move after a change means you accept it.
